Jane holds a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance from the University of Denver and a Master of Music in Ethnomusicology from Tufts University. Her dynamic career spans classical music, steelpan, West African drum and dance, Javanese gamelan, and even collaborations with all-women rock bands Paper Waves and Lockette. A highlight of her journey was a summer in Viterbo, Italy, performing with the Tuscia Opera Festival.
Currently, Jane contributes to the arts community by working with the Central Kitsap School District and the Central Kitsap Performing Arts Center. Beyond her day job, she continues to share her passion for music as a performer with the Bremerton WestSound Symphony and the Tanager String Quartet.
